1. Introduction
These payment terms govern all transactions between Digital Craft Consultants and its clients. By engaging our services, you agree to these payment terms.
2. Currency and Tax
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under Australian tax law.
3. Quotation Validity
Quotes provided are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. After this period, pricing and timelines may be subject to change.
4. Invoicing and Payment Schedules
Depending on the scope of work, payment may be required in one of the following formats:
- 50% upfront and 50% upon completion
- Full payment in advance for services under $1,000 AUD
- Milestone-based payments for larger projects
Invoices must be paid within 7 business days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
5. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Direct Bank Transfer (Preferred)
- PayPal (Fees may apply)
- Credit/Debit Cards via Stripe or Square (if applicable)
6. Late Payments
Late payments may incur a late fee of 2% per month. Ongoing work may be paused until outstanding invoices are settled.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are not generally provided for services rendered. Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion in cases of service failure or cancellation prior to work commencement.
8. Ownership and Delivery
All project assets remain the property of Digital Craft Consultants until full payment is received. Final files and website access will only be delivered after the balance is cleared.

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding an invoice or payment, please contact us at sales@digitalcraftconsult.com.au within 5 business days of receiving the invoice.
